Shipping & Processing

Prints & Merch: Fulfilled via Printful or Redbubble. Processing time is typically 3–7 business days.

Carriers: Shipping is handled directly by the fulfillment platform, with worldwide options available.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Digital Services (Oracle card readings, Reiki add-ons, energy subscriptions, energy gift cards): Non-refundable once delivered.

Store Gift Cards: Non-refundable. (Valid across most items in my shop, excluding Redbubble purchases.)

Prints & Merch (via Printful): Replacements or refunds are offered only for items damaged or defective. Please notify me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will coordinate with Printful. See Printful’s policy here.

Prints & Merch (via Redbubble): Returns and refunds are handled directly through Redbubble Customer Support, in line with their policy here.

Deckable Digital Decks: As digital products, these are non-refundable.

Custom/Sale Items: Final sale.

Refund Timing & Process

For Printful orders, refunds flow through me: once Printful approves the claim, they issue the refund to me, and I return the funds to you through your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If preferred, Printful can also send a replacement item at no cost instead of issuing a refund.

For Redbubble orders, refunds and replacements are processed directly by Redbubble.

Color & Variation

Minor differences in color may occur between digital images and physical prints due to variations in screen display and printing processes.

Delivery

All services are digital.

Oracle Card Readings are delivered as digital files.

Reiki Transmissions are released remotely, confirmed with a digital Energy Gift Card.

Energy Subscriptions are collective transmissions released on the eve of the New Moon and the eve of the Full Moon. Subscribers can also access the last three transmissions anytime through the Member Page, each presented as an Energy Gift Card.

Energy Gift Cards are available instantly once purchased and can be forwarded by the buyer to the intended recipient.

Timeline

Oracle Card Readings: Delivered within 72 hours (about 3 days) of purchase.

Energy Subscriptions: Always available on the scheduled moon dates, with recent sessions archived on the Member Page.

Energy Gift Cards: Available immediately after purchase.

Refunds

All services—including readings, Reiki add-ons, subscriptions, and energy gift cards—are non-refundable once delivered. If I am unable to fulfill a service, a full refund will be issued.

Privacy

Your personal information is used only for order fulfillment and communication. It is never sold or shared.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Taxes & Duties

U.S. Orders: Sales tax is collected where required by law.

International Orders: Buyers may be responsible for additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery, which vary by country.

Security & Compliance

Transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Printful, Redbubble, Deckable). I never store or have direct access to your payment information.
